We used to enjoy riding past this little beauty, abandoned by people and forgotten by time.
But, alas, it wasn't forgotten by the Ionia building code department. Faced with the imminent threat of tickets if not repaired, the owners reluctantly had it demolished in 2016.
It was built in 1871 or 1872 at M-66 and Bennett Road and is now just a memory. I'm glad I took some photos along the way.
