The battered boxes were up by the next day with the beginnings of a new structure.
A new roof was obviously developing.
Alrighty, new boxes now placed in numerical order, and under a roof.
The roof apparently needed shingles, and the post office wanted the boxes placed in post-office-preferred sequence. So here we have the Taj Mahal of mail boxes, courtesy of the pumpkin-throwing hooligans and our luck in having an architect and structural engineer as neighbors :)
